We are a small school in Milpitas, serving families for 20 years. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes Medical Plan and Retirement Plan.  We follow strict COVID preventative protocol.

Our Nido environment hosts 12 children ages 6 weeks to 2 years and is a beautiful environment focusing on independence for the very young child.  

The candidate must have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable leading a team of 3 to 4 assistants in a classroom environment. Also, comfortable hosting parent-teacher conferences. Must be proficient at various forms of technology or be a quick learner.

Education Requirements: BS in related field, 15 ECE units. Formal Montessori Education from MACTE accredited institution.
