The Child Unique Montessori School is a small, diverse, award-winning preschool that has 3 locations within the beautiful community of Alameda, California. We are searching for a certified Montessori Primary Teacher who is warm, motivated, flexible and organized. Candidate understands Montessori philosophy and procedures, helps direct his/her students’ activities academically, spiritually, emotionally and physically in a prepared Montessori environment in order to challenge each child to reach his/her fullest potential in these key developmental areas.

Qualifications:

•            Minimum 12-24 Early Childhood Units required

•            At least 2 years of classroom experience with preschool children required

•            BA Degree preferred

•            Montessori Credential

•            Spanish speaking a plus

•            Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Requirements:

•            Fingerprint clearance and background check

•            Medical & TB clearance

•            Authorized to work in the U.S.
