The Montessori School of Silicon Valley is currently looking for a dynamic Head of School for the Main Street Montessori campus in Milpitas Ca.

A community of leaders and educators who are devoted to the Montessori philosophy of teaching.  We are extremely proud of our classrooms with fully implemented Montessori programs.  We pride ourselves in our extensive Art, Garden, Cooking, and Science after school Studio Programs.   We have 4 campuses in the Bay Area and work closely together to ensure the best possible program every single day.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Building community among staff, parents, and children
• Creating a strong culture that embodies our CARING Model
• Creating and maintaining full enrollment in our year-round school
• Ensuring all program operations are in full regulatory compliance
• Participating alongside our Leadership Team to continually do better
• Communicating effectively with staff and parents
• Ability to manage time within the day to day school operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years preschool experience
• Bachelors degree in a related field (or working towards)
• 18+ Ece units including Administration and Supervision
• CPR/First Aid 
• Able to pass with a fingerprint clearance 
• Montessori Education from a MACTE accredited institution 
• Management experience

Salary $55k base with an incentive plan for enrollment up to $85K
